Need assistance on integrating SNOW to PagerDuty, We have created USers, Teams, OnCall Schedule
Now our goal is to create service and integrate with SNOW to get an alert triggered to OnCall person when incident comes.
Appreciate If you can assist with the document or confluence like what are the steps required in PD and/or SNOW to accomplish this task.

Thanks Abbott, Yes i have that article but it doesn’t help much. since it ask for API key and some additional steps which actually not required for SNOW integration on our setup.
